Red Cloud Ranch, open to guests from June through early September, is a beautiful mountain getaway on 220 acres adjacent to New Mexico's Carson National Forest, 13 miles east of Taos. The rolling open meadows, forests, wildflowers, and cold bubbling streams of the ranch provide you with a retreat-like atmosphere to unwind and enjoy nature in its pristine state. You can be active or just plain laid-back, enjoying the peaceful, natural environment. Red Cloud Ranch is an exclusive, magical place for families, friends, mountain bikers, hikers, artists, writers, honeymoons, anniversaries and reunions. The ranch has three buildings, with two lodging units. Meals are taken in the Welcome Cabin, overlooking the pond.
